Train travel has evolved tremendously over the past 200 years. One of the earliest models dates back to 1804 in Britain and was a steam powered locomotive. Richard Trevithick was the first person to invent the steam powered locomotive but the initial use was for the transportation of coal. The transition was made soon after to accommodate passenger cars in order to transport people.
Here at Genescy Corporation, we speak to a lot of people from all over North America on a daily basis. Whether via phone, or in person on a consultation, we are consistently engaging with people coast-to-coast on the topic of timeshare. As much as we offer advice to clients in regards to their timeshare contracts, we also find ourselves discussing the ins-and-outs of the timeshare industry. Our clients come to us with questions about how certain ownerships work including their own, industry terms that they just don’t unde rstand, and more seriously, the scams that they have encountered in the past.
As a company, we decided that we wanted to offer something to timeshare owners and non-owners alike to give them the answers to their questions. To empower them in their decision making when buying or getting out of a timeshare, and give them advice on how to identify scams and how to protect themselves. Most importantly, we wanted this digital ebook to be user friendly, information packed without being overwhelming, and free to anyone and everyone.
